Congratulations Lindsay Hubbard!
The “Summer House” star announced via Instagram on Thursday that she is pregnant with her first child.
“Trigger Warning: This post contains more fireworks than the 4th of July! WE ARE PREGNANT!!!!!” Hubbard, 37, captioned her post, which was shared on July 4 and features the reality star holding up a positive Clearblue pregnancy test.
“I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it! 💫 As soon as I had a hunch I took a @clearblue Early Digital pregnancy test and got a clear result, in words, which made the next steps so much easier.”
Hubbard did not reveal who the child’s father is, but added, “My boyfriend and I are so excited to welcome our little #HubbCub this holiday season of 2024!!”
The exciting news comes just months after Hubbard told Page Six in February that she was no longer interested in dating reality TV stars.
“I think I’m doing OK with the reality TV guys for now,” she told Us at the time. “I’m good. I’m definitely good.”
The Bravolebrity later appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” in March, where she told host Andy Cohen that she’s having “fun” dating.
“I’m dating, I’m having fun, I’m very busy, I have a lot of projects and I just bought a house in Nashville,” she said.
Hubbard had previously openly stated that she wanted to become a mother and had her eggs frozen in May 2022.
“It was really special because the day I picked it up happened to be Mother’s Day. It was one of those serendipitous moments where you sit back and think, ‘Wow, I actually did this,'” Hubbard told Page Six at the time.
She added that she “always wanted a family,” so she wanted to “have a backup plan.”
Just a few months before undergoing the egg retrieval, Hubbard revealed that she had become pregnant by her “Winter House” co-star Jason Cameron, but had unfortunately suffered a miscarriage.
“I definitely wanted to have this child,” she said. “That was a cool feeling. I never thought it would happen like this. It’s something I’ve always wanted my whole life, to have a family.”
Until now, Hubbard appeared to be single since splitting from his former fiancé Carl Radke.
Radke, 39, called off their engagement in August 2023 — just months before they were set to tie the knot in November.
Their relationship issues have since played out on the current season of “Summer House.” Recently, Hubbard had a difficult conversation with Radke about his struggles with defining his career.
“One thing that turns me on is when my husband is out there and crushing life,” Hubbard told Radke during the April 18 episode.
When Radke asked if he was one of them, she replied, “No.”
The former couple also got into a fight after Hubbard questioned Radke’s sobriety, despite Radke having been sober since January 2021.
