HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio — We have a big winner as one lucky Powerball ticket sold in Ohio has won the $139.3 million jackpot in the final lottery drawing on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
Ohio Lottery officials say the winning ticket was sold at a Walmart store in Huber Heights, which is just north of the Dayton area. The jackpot-winning ticket was an auto-pick, lottery officials said.
The winning numbers were 2, 26, 33, 55, 57 and Powerball 22. The Power Play option was 2x.

Powerball officials said winning tickets worth $1 million were also sold in California and Pennsylvania.

The jackpot has now been reset to $20 million for the next Powerball drawing, which is scheduled for Saturday, July 6 at 10:59 p.m. That prize has a cash option worth $9.5 million.

Powerball lottery officials say the odds of winning the jackpot are one in 292,201,338, which is slightly better than the Mega Millions odds of one in 302,575,350. The odds of winning a $1 million ticket in Powerball, meanwhile, are one in 11,688,053.52.
Northeast Ohio had a big Powerball winner last year when a single ticket sold at a GetGo in Macedonia won the $252.6 million jackpot in the April 19 drawing.
